Access & Eligibility

You must be at least 18, agree to truthful account information, and comply with local regulations tied to creative work.

  • Each team must maintain an active payment method and authorized point of contact.
  • Studios reserve the right to request identification before granting entry.
  • Accounts suspected of fraud, harassment, or policy evasion can be suspended without refund.

Bookings & Payments

Payments stay encrypted, and bookings lock in only after confirmation emails are issued by Studio APP.

  • Deposits become non-refundable once a studio confirms your request.
  • Last-minute changes (<24 hrs) may incur additional engineering or staffing fees.
  • Chargebacks without first contacting support may lead to temporary account holds.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We mirror each studio’s house rules while offering a unified timeline for transparency.

  • 72+ hrs notice: full credit applied to future sessions.
  • 24–72 hrs: credit minus any prep expenses already incurred by the studio.
  • <24 hrs: session billed in full unless the slot gets rebooked.

Studio conduct

Community rules apply to everyone on set.

  • Treat all studio staff, engineers, and talent with respect.
  • Use equipment as instructed; damages are billed at replacement cost.
  • Follow local safety codes and occupancy limits posted in each facility.
  • No illicit recordings, hate speech, or unsafe stunts are permitted.
